Day 288: Meeting Friends and Uncle Time

Our friends Ms. L and Mr. B were in town this weekend with their beautiful daughter, R.  Because they live in Pennsylvania, Little Buddy and R hadn't met yet.  For being a full year apart in age, I think the two hit it off well this morning.

Goodbye hugs.  They actually hugged for a good 30 seconds.  It was beyond adorable.

Playing with R wore Little Buddy out, allowing him to take a good nap (which we were especially grateful for because he had woken up at 1 AM this morning thinking it was time to start the day--not happening buddy!).  Once he woke up, he was happy to see that someone had stopped by to visit: Uncle C!

He was so happy to see Uncle C and had a great time with him.  It was also good because Daddy wasn't feeling very well today and needed some rest.  We enjoyed our afternoon with Uncle C and a very happy, very sleepy Little Buddy went right to bed.  Just like I am doing now!
