Putting dishes away!
Little Buddy loves to put away the spoons! He gets one...
...sprints to the silverware drawer...
...and drops it in! He then repeats this until all the spoons are put away (sometimes Daddy or I add extra spoons to the dishwasher to keep him busy while we put the other, more breakable items away without interference. Shhhh...it's our little secret!).
We then went outside to play with Little Buddy's new unspillable bubble container. He loved it and I was pretty impressed at the lack of mess.

Because we were outside, we decided to use our sidewalk chalk for the first time. It was a big hit and Little Buddy really made his mark on the driveway.
It was a really fun way to work on his ABCs!
After our busy morning, Little Buddy took a good nap and woke up to found out that Ms. A had come to babysit him while Daddy and I took care of some work! It had been awhile since she had been able to come, so he was very excited to see her. Also, Ms. A had just gotten engaged this summer and asked if Little Buddy would like to be the ring bearer. He, of course, gladly agreed. I can't wait for the wedding next June!
Little Buddy had a fun afternoon (minus a few head bumps from playing and attempting to walk the dog) and Daddy and I were able to accomplish quite a bit. Hoping for a great night of rest tonight because we all have to be up early for the race!
