Day 287: Go Momma, Go!

Today was an early morning, as I had the 10 for Texas.  Daddy and Little Buddy were all set to be my official cheering squad at mile four and mile eight.  After dropping me off, they went down to the plaza by the four mile marker and had a breakfast of bagels.

A quick visit and then I was off to finish the run!

Daddy said Little Buddy was a great cheerleader,  and loved watching me run toward him, but that he would break down in tears when I had to continue on!  Poor buddy, but I will say that seeing his smiling face gave me lots of energy and motivation to finish!  It was a good race, but the humidity was terrible and I am worn out.  Time for bed!
