After breakfast, Little Buddy and I went outside to play. He was having fun playing with his basketball, until he noticed that Daddy had put out some of the Halloween decorations. He was quite intrigued by the skeleton in the chair. Although he was really excited by the "bones", he wasn't too sure about getting close to it. Instead, he called to it from safe distances on the patio and in the yard.
"Hi Bones!"
However, Little Buddy did get distracted from the "bones" by the memory of the ladder and the tractor from yesterday. He desperately tried to get into the building and wasn't too happy when Momma told him no.
A sad little boy who wants into the storage shed. Sorry little guy!
Even though Little Buddy was feeling pretty good today, he is still recovering from his procedure yesterday. This was apparent when, during lunch, I quickly went to the bathroom. By the time I got back, this is what I found.
Still worn out.
He took a great nap and we spent the rest of the day hanging out and watching some Elmo. Even though we had a nice, low key day at home today, I am looking forward to getting out to see our friends tomorrow. I'm sure Little Buddy is too!
