Day 201: Crayons Beware!

I had a lot of homework to take care of today, so our neighbor girl, Ms. A, came over to play with Little Buddy this morning.  They had a lot of fun playing outside on the pirate ship, coloring, and working on the alphabet.  I was a bit jealous hearing them play while I typed nonstop on a proposal.

Ms. A then had to leave for volleyball, so Little Buddy and I got to have lunch together before his nap.  He must have not eaten enough at lunch, because after his nap I caught him chowing down on his green crayon!

Busted!  Green crayon around the mouth and in the molars.

After brushing out his teeth and hiding the crayons for a bit, Little Buddy and I played and watched Elmo until Daddy got home for dinner.  Thankfully, since I was able to get my paper done during Little Buddy's nap, I was able to join my friends for a movie night.  Daddy was kind enough to bathe Little Buddy and put him to bed by himself.  We have to have him looking spiffy and well-rested for his two-year-old well check visit in the morning!
