Day 169: Happy Fathers' Day!

I was overjoyed to wake up and get Little Buddy out of his crib this morning.  He seemed pretty excited to see me too.  But it was Daddy he was really ready to see, because today was Fathers' Day!

Daddy and Little Buddy opening Daddy's gifts.

Everyday I am so grateful to have this man as my husband and partner.  He models the values that I want Little Buddy to embody and gives me the strength to do anything.  I could ask for no one better to help raise our Little Buddy.  Thank you, sweetheart, for all you do!

Although the rest of the day was spent working on the pirate ship and playing with Grammy and Pop, Little Buddy had another big mile stone today:  facing front in his carseat!  Now that he is two and over 35 lbs., it was time to turn.  He looks like such a big boy now!

Later on, we got all the boys together for a Fathers' Day photo shoot.  I would say good looks run in the family, wouldn't you?

Cool dudes.

Such a good group of guys.

One more day of Grammy and Pop's visit; hopefully we can get the pirate ship mostly done for Little Buddy's upcoming party!

Good night,
