Little Buddy was thrilled that we worked on his pirate ship all day. Ever since he was an infant, he has loved to be outside. So much so that one of his nicknames is "Nature Boy" (a la Ric Flair for all of our vintage wrestling fan friends!) Little Buddy kept Grammy plenty busy running around the yard and trying to get into trouble. After he convinced us to quit early for lunch, Little Buddy had so much fun outside that he decided he did not need a nap yet. It was only after a few more glasses of water that we convinced him.

After a great nap, we had made enough progress that we let Little Buddy climb up on the playhouse to check on our progress. Little Buddy fully approved of everything so far, especially the slide! To round out the day, we went to pick up Daddy's car that was in the shop and then got something to eat before bedtime.
