I am so glad that we got a membership there; he loves it! One of his favorite activities is "driving" the red truck.
The only downside to his enjoyment of the Museum is that he runs around it so enthusiastically, that it can be a bit difficult to keep track of him. I had a bit of a panic attack once he slipped away out of the red truck. As Ms. T and I searched frantically for him, a woman coming out of the bathroom noticed my distress and said a little boy with a red shirt was alone in the restroom. I ran it to find that Little Buddy had slipped away to play his new favorite game: washing his hands!
Handwashing fanatic!
Once I pulled him away from the sink and soap, he and T went back to playing. They loved playing in the house. It was adorable when they peeked through the window together! Sadly, I wasn't quick enough to get a good picture.
Peek-a-boo!
Little Buddy's expression here is priceless.
Later on, Little Buddy discovered the train table. He doesn't normally play with cars and such, so he was fascinated by all the vehicles.
Normally when we go to leave, Little Buddy throws a fit because he wants to stay. Today, I just had to tell him that we were going home to watch Elmo, eat, and see Daddy (three of his favorite things) and he pleasantly headed to the door. All in all, a great afternoon. We'll be back soon!
Night all,
LBM
