Day 225: Home with my Buddy

Well, I am finally home.  After a ridiculous comedy of errors that left me delayed, stranded in Atlanta overnight, and stuck on a tarmac, I felt a little like this:

I was so happy to get home to my Little Buddy (and Daddy!).  Turns out they were busy this morning while I was flying the not-so-friendly skies.

They rearranged the furniture upstairs (still more rearranging to occur).

And they enjoyed some tasty watermelon.

Thankfully, I got home in time to take part in Little Buddy's new favorite game: Head Bowl(ing)!  To play this game, Daddy (and only Daddy) places one of the play bowls on Little Buddy's head.  Little Buddy then dips his head so that the bowl falls, hopefully landing in the stack of the rest of the bowls.  I'm not sure why, but this game thrills him!  His giggles are absolutely infectious!  To illustrate:

First, Daddy puts the bowl on my head...

Then, I tip my head down...

And it lands in the other bowls!

 Then we cheer!

Goodness, I missed this kid!  I almost hated to put him to bed, but I am looking forward to starting our week again tomorrow.  I have about two more weeks until school starts, so Little Buddy and I have some more adventures ahead!
