Day 217: Sno Cones, Cupcakes, and Birthday Fun

It was another busy day for our clan today.  After swim class, we headed over to celebrate our friend B's second birthday at a splash pad.  It was a great party and Little Buddy had a fantastic time with all his friends.

After all of the fun, Little Buddy actually took a great nap today!  In fact, we all got some much needed rest.  Once we were up, Daddy and I started on dinner.  Of course, Little Buddy wanted to help.  He made his special "soup" concoction.  Notice the prominence peanut butter takes in this stew: two whole jars!

It's been a great family weekend so far, and only more fun to come tomorrow!  I am already enjoying the break from school and the time with my favorite two guys!
