Day 224: An Uncle Kind of Day!

Hello, it's Little Buddy's Daddy, guest blogging today since Momma went back to Ohio for a couple of days for her brother and sister-in-law's baby shower.

We had a busy Saturday morning as usual with swimming class. Little Buddy is getting a lot better at his reach-and-pulls and kicking, but still has a ways to go on waiting for his teacher. He is just too excited to sit and wait on the steps!

After swimming and errands, we hit our favorite Tex-Mex spot: Chuy's. Little Buddy loves their chips and dips as wells as their quesadillas and beans! But the best thing about Chuy's is the push-up sherbert pop that comes with the kid's meal for dessert. Daddy of course always helps to make sure Little Buddy doesn't get too messy. ;-)

Little Buddy took a good nap and luckily Uncle C got to the house right before LB woke up. They had a lot of fun playing today, including cooking imaginary food, playing with Cookie Monster, pretending to fly like birds and airplanes and practicing jumping. Uncle also taught Little Buddy how to peel oranges. Now all that stands between Little Buddy and his clementines is that pesky refrigerator door!
