Little Buddy walking in with his class.
Little Buddy up on stage! Very few of the kids sang "Ring Your Bells", but most rang the jingle bells they were holding. Little Buddy wasn't very sure about everything (he takes a bit to warm up in large crowds), but he certainly rocked his hat!
After much too short of a nap, Little Buddy and I went out on a run together. Goodness, he's grown! I don't see many stroller runs in our future unless absolutely necessary. Pushing my big boy is pretty exhausting and he is much more "vocal" now, telling me that we were "all done" about three minutes into the workout! Once we were actually all done, we came home and played on the ship for a bit before shower time and dinner.
Daddy had a work function and was going to be late getting home, so Little Buddy and I decided to read some books while we waited for him. He was having such a good time reading, he wanted to share his stories. We called Grammy and Pop-Pop and read them Little Buddy's version of The Very Hungry Caterpillar and Go, Dog. Go!
Reading stories over the phone to Grammy and Pop-Pop.
The day finished once Daddy got home. While telling Daddy all about his day, Little Buddy found the electric Christmas candles we have in the window. It was pretty comical watching him try to the blow the candle out!
Darn trick candles!
Tomorrow is packing day and then we leave on Friday. So much that we still have to do. I guess we will get it done somehow!
Good night,
LBM
