Day 353: Santa Baby

It always warms my heart to see Little Buddy "taking care" of his stuffed animals.  Watching him develop empathy and caring always makes me smile.  Today, Tiger got to join us for breakfast.

Feeding Tiger some oatmeal.

We then headed out to the Children's Museum.  With school being finished, we've been able to go quite a bit more recently, and Little Buddy loves it!  He also insisted on wearing his Santa hat for the day.  Way to spread that Christmas spirit, Little Buddy!

Ringing up some pizza.  Ho, ho, ho!

Santa's cooking up a storm!

When we went to leave the museum, I was so proud of Little Buddy.  Normally, he has a bit of a fit when we need to go, but today he did really well.  I kneeled down and explained that we had had lots of fun, but it was now time to go get lunch.  I promised that we would be back soon, but that it was time to say goodbye.  It was pretty amazing to watch a look of understanding come over him.  He actually let me pick him up and then called out, 'Bye-bye, Museum!"  I was surprised, but impressed, that he left without a fuss.  He's growing up so fast.

We then enjoyed lunch at Ploy with my friend, Ms. M.  Little Buddy was excited to chow down on egg rolls!  I enjoyed some sushi and curry.  He's not interested in such yummy fare yet, but I am sure he will be one day!

The rest of the day was fairly uneventful, but it should get pretty crazy soon...we leave for Ohio on Friday!  So much to do!

Night all,

LBM
