Day 350: Zombies and Parties

So we made it to Austin last night in order to take part in Run for Your Lives, a 5k obstacle race with zombies!  Obviously, this was Momma's idea and Daddy was just tolerating.  Little Buddy just seemed to enjoy the excitement, and the fact that Uncle C came along to play with him while Daddy and I ran.

He also enjoyed meeting the ranch owner's dog.  Definitely a dog person like his parents!

We had a great time in Austin and I can't wait until Little Buddy is old enough to do some runs with us!  I think it would be a really fun hobby to do as a family.  Sadly, we had to hurry home from Austin for Daddy's work Christmas party that night, so we didn't get to check out the city at all.  We were very excited for the party, though!  Uncle C was kind enough to stay with Little Buddy so that Daddy and I could have an evening to ourselves.
