Day 346: Happy Half Birthday, Little Buddy!

Today Little Buddy turned 2 1/2 today!  I can't believe how old he is already.  He started the day by sleeping in until almost 7, nearly making us miss his final belly button check-up.  He never sleeps that late unless we have an early appointment.  We ended up making it, just five minutes late for our appointment.  Of course, then we had to wait an hour to see the doctor just to hear that everything was looking good, but that's ok.  Yay for healthy belly buttons!

We celebrated the good diagnosis and his half birthday by heading to the Children's Museum.  Little Buddy was so excited to play!

After playing, we got to meet Ms. S for lunch.  Little Buddy enjoyed his grilled cheese and fruit, but was also fascinated by Ms. S's chicken wrap!  We had a nice time catching up with Ms. S and then headed home for nap.  

I had my last class of the semester this evening (thank goodness!) so once Little Buddy woke up, he and Daddy celebrated his half birthday some more.

It's been so awesome to watch my little guy grow and learn.  I can't believe he's already 2 1/2 and can do so much.  I miss my little baby, I but I do love watching him grow into a big boy.
