Day 44: Won't You Be My Valentine?

So after a weekend of sleeplessness and no workouts, Little Buddy and I were able to get it together to make it boot camp this morning.  I was glad to get moving and he was happy to see his friends and play.

After our workout, we went to pick up Daddy so that we could head to Little Buddy's Valentine's Day party at school.  Little Buddy's school has classes on Monday and Wednesday, and he only goes on Wednesday, but we made a special trip in so he could exchange Valentine's with his friends at the party today.  He had a lot of fun and my husband and I were happy to be able to enjoy the day with him.

Once we dropped my husband off back at work, Little Buddy and I headed home.  It was raining pretty hard, and by the time we got home, Little Buddy was fast asleep in his carseat.  I knew if I tried to get him out of the car, he would certainly get wet and wake up.  Instead, we sat out in the car for two hours.  He slept and I read articles for school.  It was a productive afternoon.  :)
