My tired boy. Constantly amazed by how grown up he is.
We started the day by visiting Ms. C and Mr. J to play with their daughter, M, and meet Baby E! Little Buddy had great fun playing with M and was very gently and sweet with Baby E. It was a great start to our day.
Little Buddy then asked to go the Children's Museum, which we hadn't been to in awhile, so we decided to head over. We met Ms. E and her daughter O there. Surprisingly, the museum was pretty empty, so Little Buddy and O had the run of the place! They had a great time playing in the house and firetruck areas, and O even gave us a demonstration of what she was learning in ballet. So adorable!
We finished the morning by meeting our friends for lunch at the Brooklyn Cafe. Along with Ms. E and O, we met Ms. L and J, Ms. J and K, and Ms. C with N and C. It is always an adventure having lunch with an energetic group of toddlers, but it was a lot of fun! All was going well until we were leaving and Little Buddy tripped and hit his head on the sidewalk outside of the restaurant. Poor buddy. We'd actually gone a few weeks without a new head bump. It doesn't look as severe as the last big one, so hopefully it will go away soon.
The rest of the day included a good nap and Momma working hard to finish a paper for school. Again, I just can't wait for school to be done for the semester!
Good night,
LBM
